• Be authorised to act on behalf of a business (if using the service for business purposes)

• Use the service only for lawful purposes

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Notify us of any unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

a) Subscription Plans

Safe Listing AU is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

b) Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store payment card details.

c) Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

d) Price Changes

We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Founding or promotional pricing applies only where explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or Stripe customer portal

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service

• Use the service in a way that violates laws or regulations

• Provide false or misleading information

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

• Does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation

You remain solely responsible for:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by Safe Listing AU are owned by or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during an active subscription.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Modify features

• Update functionality

• Suspend access for maintenance

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms

• Required payments are not made

• Use of the service poses legal or security risks

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Safe Listing AU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• We are not liable for regulatory penalties, fines, or enforcement actions

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
